Utah Martin Luther King Jr. Video Contest are from ALA. Congratulations to Sadie Stone, Derek Fratto, Renae Bolander and the Jr. High Student Govenrment for winning the Utah Martin Luther King Jr. Video contest.
Governor's Common Core Standards Survey
As you are aware, the Governor is asking parents, teachers, community members and other constituency groups to provide input and comment on the Common Core Standards which Utah has adopted as part of the Utah Core Standards. This input is being invited via the following website: utah.gov/governor/standards
ALA Ranked Among Utah's Top 5 Highschools
American Leadership Academy was recently named the fifth-best high school in Utah by U.S. News & World Report.

The ranking is based on scores from Advanced Placement language and math tests and student-to-teacher ratios. Of more than 31,000 public high schools in the nation, 38 from Utah made the best high schools list, and ALA was awarded a silver medal.

ALA Choir Department invites all Pirates, Castaways and Islanders for dancing adventures, island refreshments, treasure, photo opportunities. ALA Jr. High Rotunda Saturday, January 31st. 6:00 - 8:00 pm. $20.00 ticket for 1st daughter, $5 each additional daughter. Tickets may be purchased in the Jr. High front office.
