SchoolFusion Information
Please read this section before filling out the Account Request Form below.
#1: NEW STUDENTS
If this is your student's first year attending ALA, they should now be able to log into their SchoolFusion account. To do so, they use their Student ID# for both their SchoolFusion Username and Password. Once logged in, click on the 'My Personal Settings' link, then the 'Change Password' tab to update their password to one that is more secure.
NOTE: If you submitted the Account Request Form over the summer and received login information for your new student from the SchoolFusion Administrator, then the information for new students above would not apply to you. You would use the login information sent to you at that time, unless your student has logged into their account and changed their password.
#2: RETURNING STUDENTS
If your student attended ALA last year and has a SchoolFusion account but has forgotten their password, they can get it reset at the front desk of the Elementary, Jr. High or High School. Mr. Moody in the Jr. High and Mrs. Kallas and Mrs. Smith in the High School can also reset student's passwords.
#3: PARENT ACCOUNTS
Whether your student is new this year or returning from last year, you should be able to create a parent account as of August 19th, 2010. To do so you will need to go to the 'Create Parent Account' page, read the instructions and provide the information requested. If you have problems creating your parent account, it is usually due to an incorrect phone number in the student's SchoolFusion account. Fill out the form below and note the problem in the Comments field.
PLEASE NOTE: If your student was registered at ALA after August 18th you will need to fill out the Account Request Form below. The August 19th update created accounts for all new students who were registered up through August 18th.
#4: REMOVING OLD CLASSES
If you and your student were members of a class last year and want to remove it from your account so that you don't get updates from those teachers, here's how to do it:

If your student is new to ALA this fall they will need a SchoolFusion account. SchoolFusion allows parents to track their student's progress, monitor homework assignments, upcoming tests, classroom announcements, etc. Each of your student's teachers has their own SchoolFusion web page that your student is connected to. Teachers also post worksheets and other files on their SchoolFusion pages for their students to download and use with their assignments.
As a parent you can set up your own SchoolFusion account and receive updates from your student's teachers. Use the form below to request an account for each of your students. If you have more than four students, simply complete and submit the form twice with the additional names. Once the accounts are set up you will receive an e-mail notifying you that they are live, with their usernames and passwords. Once the student accounts are set up, you may then set up your own Parent Account by clicking here.
NOTE: If you are unsure of your student's ALA ID# you may leave it blank.

4. Click the red X of the class you wish to be removed from
5. Click the 'OK' button when the verification box pops up
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for any other classes you wish to remove
Once you've removed the old classes from your account, you will need to make sure the classes are removed from your student's account as well (using the steps above), otherwise the classes will still show on your 'My Family' page.
