ALA Action Reporting Team
The ALA Action Reporting Team(ART) is for parents and students to submit video footage of any ALA-related
events. Submitted footage will be edited and broadcast on Spanish Fork Cable Channel 16 as well as uploaded
to ALA's YouTube page. We are looking for:
- Fine Arts performances
- Athletic events
- Classroom presentations
- Wax Museums
- Science and History Fairs
- Field Trips
The benefit of participating is that the amout of footage you submit goes toward your family's 40 volunteer hours. Each family that attends ALA is asked to perform 40 hours of volunteer service each school year.
How it Works
1. Attend the event
2. Record the event
3. Bring in the device you recorded with
4. Fill out the submission sheet
5. We download your footage into our computer

6. You receive volunteer credit based on how
much footage you submit

We will post each event on this page and ask for 1-5 volunteers to attend and record the event, then
you will bring the video footage to Mr. Moody's room in the Jr. High where you will fill out the submission
sheet, then we will download your footage into the computer. Once we have edited the footage
we will post next to the event who's footage we used and you will then receive your volunteer hours.
