Asthma Education
This is for all PE teachers and Coaches. The state of Utah requires all those that are with kids during physical activity need to be trained. This includes all elementary teachers and anyone that covers the students at recess. When you have completed your training return your completion form to the School Nurse (Kacie or Annette) and please make sure your name is on it. This training takes about 30 minutes and needs to be completed by October 15, 2006. Thanks for your willingness to help or students stay healthy. SADS (Long QT) Education
This is for all PE teachers and Coaches. All those that are with kids during physical activity need to be trained. This includes all elementary teachers, and anyone that covers the students at recess. This is essential for life-saving incidents that can turn bad very fast. This education is very short and requires you to read and comprehend the information that is given. We do have students that this applies to and many are not diagnosed so this will help you recognize what to do in this instance. When your training is completed please turn in the quiz to the school nurse. This training needs to be completed by October 15, 2006.

Anaphylactic Education
This is for Teachers or Staff that have been asked to complete this training, or who have a student with a severe allergy and for all others who would like to have more information to better help their students. This is a short training sheet with a quiz at the end. Please return the quiz to the school nurse upon completion. This training needs to be completed by October 15, 2006.
